Namasté, founded by Sister Patricia Donovan McCrann, is an interfaith, welcoming presence that supports, encourages and celebrates the sacredness of daily life.

We offer programs and services for individuals and groups in the Portland Metro and Southwest Washington areas:

• The Contemplative Listening Program - a two-year Spiritual Director training and certification progam


• One-on-one spiritual direction


• Retreats for individuals, couples or groups


• Women's Wisdom Circles

Recognizing the need for silence and the nurturing spirit of nature, we also offer three retreat homes for rest and renewal: the House of Solitude, Cedarbrook Retreat and Sequoia Retreat.
