Programs

Contemplative Listening Program (CLP):
This two-year spiritual direction training and certification program, located in North Portland, is designed for persons, lay and ordained, from a wide variety of vocations and traditions who feel called to expand their capacity for holy listening in an interfaith, welcoming community.

For further information, please download the CLP brochure.

The Contemplative Listening Program has offered me a place of spiritual grounding and formation where I have found a cohort of peers in which to explore my own spirituality and the possibility of being a spiritual companion to others. We have been fortunate to have the wisdom and decades of experience of Sr. Pat as our teacher.

Retreats & Retreat Houses

Namasté offers group retreats several times a year in Portland Oregon, usually in the form of Retreat Days.

A Retreat Day, sometimes called a Day of Recollection, is an invitation to step aside from the ordinary rhythm of your life in order to prayerfully listen for your heart's desiring. Whether alone or in the company of others, this sacred time invites us to relax into the presence of the Holy and to come away from the experience renewed and refreshed. View the retreat calendar

Namasté has two affordable and comfortable retreat houses within an hour's drive of Portland Oregon. They offer opportunites for silent, prayerful rest and renewal for individuals or groups in beautiful, private, and natural settings:

For reservations and more information about the houses, please call: 503-283-0199 or email: patmccrann@aol.com

Rarely have I found a place where I can take a personal retreat and be so connected with the beauty of nature. The House of Solitude has truly been a gift providing a setting for personal healing, for exploring the inner life and for reconnecting with who I am created to be.
